CAUTION
The surface temperature of the blade
must not exceed 190 F (87.8 C) or
blade debonding and/or paint blistering
may result.
NOTE
Adhesive requires a constant mini-
mum curing temperature of 60 F (15.6
C) to obtain a full and satisfactory
bond. Heat lamps may be used to
maintain the required minimum adhe-
sive curing temperature.
y. Perform bonding cure cycle.
(1) Re-check c-clamps after 15 MINUTES for
looseness. Re-tighten as required.
(2) Allow adhesive to cure at room temperature
for 24 HOURS. Minimum room temperature
is 70 F (21.1 C).
