MAIN ROTOR BLADE SPAR TO SPAR DEBOND REPAIR (AVIM) – continued
ac. Remove tool (7) from blade (1).
(1) Loosen four knobs (12) securing heater blan-
kets (9) and pressure bladders (10) on tool
(7).
(2) Move heater blankets (9) and pressure blad-
ders (10) clear of repair areas.
(3) Fully loosen four footing pads using knobs
(24) from tool (7) and blade (1).
(4) Remove tool (7) from blade (1).
(5) Go to step ae.
ad. Remove pressure from debonded spar (2) re-
pair area.
(1) Loosen and remove all C–clamps.
(2) Remove pressure blocks, peel ply and flash-
breaker tape.
