AFT FUEL CELL NITROGEN INERT OUTLET ORIFICE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
10.120.6. Installation
a. Install orifice (16).
(1) Lubricate new packing with retainer (19). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install packing with retainer (19) on adapter
(9).
(3) Insert adapter (9) through mounting hole of
cover (12).
(4) Install new washer (18) and retaining nut (10)
on adapter (9) on upper side of cover (12).
(5) Hold union nut (17). Tighten nut (10).
(6) Install orifice (16) to lower threads of adapter
(9).
(7) Hold nut (17). Tighten orifice (16).
b. Install packing (15).
(1) Lubricate new packing (15). Use petrolatum
(item 138, App F).
(2) Install packing (15) in fuel cell mounting ring
(20).
