AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (FOUR TANK) INSTALLATION – continued
NOTE
Hose installations are typical for both in-
board and outboard pylons.
v. Install hoses (69) and (70) on elbows (27), (28),
or (36).
(1) Install spiral wrap tubing on hoses (69) and
(70). Use tubing (item 214, App F).
(2) Lubricate threads of elbows (27), (28), or
(36). Use antiseize compound (item 29,
App F).
(3) Hold elbow (27), (28) or (36). Install hose nut
(71) or (72).
NOTE
Retain three bolts, washers, and nuts re-
moved in step w. for reinstallation when
kit is removed.
w. Install clamps (73) and (74) on hoses (69) and
(70).
(1) Position clamp (74) on hose (70). Install
clamp (74), washer (75), and screw (76) on
outboard side of pylon (3).
(2) Position clamp (73) on hose (69). Install
screw (77) through washer (78) and clamp
(73) on inboard side of pylon (3).
x. Install clamps (73) and (79) on hoses (69) and
(80).
(1) Position clamp (79) on hose (80). Install
clamp (79), washer (75), and screw (76) on
outboard side of pylon (2).
(2) Position clamp (73) on hose (69). Install
screw (77) through washer (78) and clamp
(73) on inboard side of pylon (2).
