AUXILIARY FUEL TANK KIT (FOUR TANK) INSTALLATION – continued
NOTE
Do not tighten elbow jam nuts. Elbow
may need to be positioned during tube
installations.
l. Install two elbows (36) in inboard pylon (3).
(1) Lubricate threads of elbows (36). Use
antiseize compound (item 29, App F).
(2) Place elbows (36) in openings (37) and (38).
(3) Hold elbows (36). Install washers (39) and
jam nuts (40).
m. Install tube assembly (41).
(1) Lubricate threads of shutoff valve fitting (42)
and elbow (36). Use antiseize compound
(item 29, App F).
(2) Install nut (43) on shutoff valve fitting (42).
(3) Hold inboard elbow (36). Install nut (44).
(4) Position clamp (45) on tube (41).
(5) Remove screw (46) from clamp block and
clamp (47).
(6) Secure clamp (45) to clamp block and clamp
(47) with screw (46).
