NOTE
Do not tighten elbow jam nuts. Elbow
may need to be positioned during tube
installations.
If installing left outboard pylon union
and elbow, go to step j; if installing right
outboard pylon, go to step k.
j. Install elbow (27) and union (28) on left out-
board pylon (2).
(1) Lubricate threads of elbow (27) and union
(28). Use antiseize compound (item 29,
App F).
(2) Install elbow (27) in inboard opening (29).
(3) Hold elbow (27). Install washer (30) and jam
nut (31).
(4) Install union (28) and washer (32) in outboard
opening (33).
(5) Hold union (28). Install washer (32) and jam
nut (34).
k. Install union (35) and elbow (27) on right out-
board pylon (2).
(1) Lubricate threads of union (35) and elbow
(27). Use antiseize compound (item 29,
App F).
(2) Install union (35) and washer (32) in outboard
opening (29).
(3) Hold union (35). Install washer (32) and jam
nut (34).
(4) Install elbow (27) in inboard opening (33).
(5) Hold elbow (27). Install washer (30) and jam
nut (31).
