PILOT OR CPG COLLECTIVE STICK INSTALLATION – continued
b. Install concave washer (1), shouldered wash-
er (2), washer (3), and bushing (4) on shaft (5).
c. Install stick (6) in arm (7).
(1) Position stick (6) so that shaft (5) engages
guide (8), and stick (6) will enter arm (7).
(2) Install stick (6) in arm (7).
(3) Install two bolts (9) and (10) and washers
(11).
(4) Lockwire bolt (9) to retainer (12). Use wire
(item 220, App F).
d. Attach connector P1 (pilot)/P1 (CPG) (13) to
receptacle J993 (pilot)/J994 (CPG) (14) and
connector P107 (pilot)/P108 (CPG) (15) to re-
ceptacle J107 (pilot)/J108 (CPG) (16).
e. Install collective stick cover (para 11.44).
f. Install collective stick (6) on guide (8).
NOTE
Ensure retainer is installed flat side facing
washers.
(1) Install washer (17), shouldered washer (18),
concave washer (19), retainer (20) (with flat
side facing washers), spring (21), washer
(22), and washers (23) (as required) on shaft
(5).
(2) Install nut (24) on shaft (5) so that nut (24)
does not enter retainer (20).
