CPG COLLECTIVE STICK SUPPORT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (AVIM) – continued
h. Install arm assembly (1) on base (2). Torque
bolt (6) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Position arm (1) and two retainers (10) on
base (2).
(2) Install pin (8) through base (2), retainer (10),
arm (1), retainer (10), and base (2).
(3) Install bolt (6) through washer (7), pin (8), arm
(9), and washer (5).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (6) (para 11.1).
(5) Install nut (4) on bolt (6). Torque bolt (6) to 30
INCH-POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (3).
i. Inspect (QA).
j. Install CPG collective SPAD switch (para
11.64).
