LONGITUDINAL FEEL SPRING CARTRIDGE REMOVAL – continued
c. Remove access cover (1) from pilot floor (2).
(1) Remove 16 screws (3) and washers (4).
(2) Remove cover (1).
d. Remove access cover (5) from pilot floor (2).
(1) Remove 28 screws (6) and washers (7).
(2) Remove cover (5).
e. Slowly move pilot cyclic stick (8) to aline lon-
gitudinal rig pin hole (9) in cyclic stick base
(10).
f. Install -9 rig pin (11) into rig pin hole (9).
g. Install cyclic stick warning cover (12) on stick
(8).
WARNING
To prevent FOD in fuel cell area, place
rag under work area to catch any hard-
ware that may be dropped during re-
moval of feel spring cartridge.
h. Remove rod end (13) from bellcrank (14).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (15).
(2) Remove nut (16).
(3) Remove bolt (17), washers (18) (if installed),
and bushing (19).
(4) Remove rod end (13).
