PILOT CYCLIC STICK FLIGHT CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

k. Install arm (1) on support (2). Torque nut (4) 65
to 85 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline arm (1) with two retainers (8) and
spacers (7).
(2) Install bolt (6) through washer (5), support
(2), spacer (7), retainer (8), arm (1), retainer
(8), spacer (7), and support (2).
(3) Install washer (5).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (6) (para 11.1).
(5) Install nut (4). Torque nut (4) to 65 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 85 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (3).
l. Install pilot cyclic lateral SPAD switch (para
11.64).
m. Inspect (QA).
