h. Remove internal spring guide (22) from actua-
tor switch shaft (23).
(1) Remove cotter pin (24), washer (25), and pin
(26).
(2) Remove guide (22) and spring (27).
i. Remove external spring guide (28) from arm
(1).
(1) Remove cotter pin (29), washer (30), and pin
(31).
(2) Remove guide (28).
j. Remove shaft (23) from arm (1).
(1) Remove two rivets (32) (TM 1-1500-204-23).
(2) Remove lever (33), cam (34), and shaft (23).
11.62.4. Cleaning
a. Clean removed and attaching parts (para
1.47).
11.62.5. Inspection
a. Check support and arms for gouges. Maxi-
mum gouge depth is 0.025 INCH and is accept-
able if no material is raised above surrounding
surface.
b. Check cam for gouges. Maximum gouge depth
is 0.025 INCH and is acceptable if no material is
raised above surrounding surface.
c. Check removed and attaching parts for elon-
gated holes, stripped or damaged threads, or
distortions (para 11.5).
d. Check removed and attaching parts for
cracks. None allowed.
e. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
