WARNING
Installation of a solid steel shear pin in
a BUCS-equipped aircraft will render
the BUCS system inoperative. Installa-
tion of a frangible type shear pin in an
aircraft not equipped with BUCS may
result in loss of flight controls and
possible loss of aircraft.
NOTE
This task is typical for all SPAD switches.
11.64.3. Removal
a. Remove SPAD switch (1) from SPAD (2).
(1) Remove two nuts (3) and washers (4).
(2) Remove two screws (5) and washers (4).
(3) Remove switch (1).
