CPG CYCLIC STICK LOCK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.77.6. Installation
a. Install lock (2) on base (4).
(1) Aline lock (2) with base (4).
(2) Install bolt (8) through lock (2) and base (4).
(3) Install washer (7) and nut (6).
(4) Install new cotter pin (5).
b. Install CPG lock release lever (para 11.71).
c. Install CPG cyclic stick forward link (para
11.69).
d. Install CPG adjustable cyclic stick link (para
11.68).
e. Install strap (1) around lock (2) and wire
bundle (3). Use strap (item 192, App F) and strap
installation tool.
f. Inspect (QA).
