CPG CYCLIC STICK LEVER LOCK RELEASE RETAINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.75.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
11.75.5. Inspection
a. Check cable for fraying. None allowed.
b. Check removed and attaching parts for
cracks. None allowed.
c. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
d. Check removed and attaching parts for corro-
sion (para 1.49).
11.75.6. Installation
a. Install lever lock release retainer (1) on cyclic
stick (2).
(1) Slide retainer (1) on cable housing (4).
(2) Position retainer (1) on stick (2) so that lever
(5) is captured against stick (2).
(3) Apply sealing compound to threads of six
screws (3). Use sealing compound (item 169,
App F).
(4) Install six screws (3).
b. Inspect (QA).
