CPG CYCLIC STICK BASE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
c. Install lower end of link (1) to base (2). Torque
nut (4) 12 to 25 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline link (1) with base (2).
(2) Install bushing (6) through base (2) and link
(1).
(3) Insert bolt (7) through washer (5), bushing
(6), base (2), and link (1).
(4) Install washer (5) and nut (4).
(5) Torque nut (4) to 12 INCH-POUNDS. Use
torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 25 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (3).
d. Inspect (QA).
e. Install CPG cyclic stick and lateral link (para
11.67).
