CPG CYCLIC STICK ADJUSTABLE LOCK ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY – continued
NOTE
With shaft removed, pins and springs are
free to slide out of lock assembly. Use
care to avoid accidently dropping the pins
and springs.
b. Remove flight control shaft (4) from lock as-
sembly (2).
(1) Compress two cyclic adjustable pins (5) to-
wards helical springs (6).
(2) Remove shaft (4) from lock (2).
(3) Slowly release compression on the pins (5)
and springs (6).
(4) Remove pins (5) and springs (6) from lock
(2).
c. Remove flight control stops (7) from lock (2).
(1) Remove two stops (7) and washers (8).

a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
