CPG CYCLIC STICK HOUSING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.81.6. Installation
a. Enter CPG station (para 1.56). Observe all
safety precautions.
b. Install housing (7) on floor (8).
(1) Place lateral cable (6) through left opening
(11) in floor (8).
(2) Place longitudinal cable (3) through right
opening (12) in floor (8).
(3) Position housing (7) on floor (8).
(4) Aline mounting holes.
(5) Install four bolts (9) and washers (10).
c. Attach connector (A334)P1 (1) of longitudinal
cable (3) to receptacle J267 (2).
d. Attach connector (A334)P1 (4) of lateral cable
(6) to receptacle J266 (5).
e. Inspect (QA).
f. Install CPG cyclic stick and lateral link (para
11.67).
g. Perform longitudinal (cyclic) flight control rig-
ging maintenance operational check
(TM 1-1520-238-T).
h. Perform lateral (cyclic) flight control rigging
maintenance
operational
check
(TM 1-1520-238-T).
i. Perform DASE maintenance operational
check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
j. Install CPG cyclic stick cover (para 11.65).
k. Secure access door B60 (para 2.2).
