REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.142.6. Installation
a. Install bracket (1) on deck (2). Torque two bolts
(5) and bolt (7) to 80 INCH-POUNDS. Torque four
bolts (3) to 340 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Position bracket (1) to aline seven mounting
holes (9).
(2) Install four bolts (3) with washers (4).
(3) Install two bolts (5) with washers (6).
(4) Install bolt (7) with washer (8).
(5) Torque two bolts (5) and bolt (7) to 80 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Torque four bolts (3) to 340 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
(7) Apply sealing compound to faying surface of
bracket (1). Use sealing compound
(item 174, App F).
b. Inspect (QA).
c. Install collective F.S. 164.95 bellcrank (para
11.140).
d. Install collective servocylinder to mount
bracket (para 7.42).
e. Install blade de-ice controller (para 12.55).
