c. Remove -27 rig pin (19) from rig pin hole (20).
d. Install boot (3) on frame (21).
(1) Position boot (3) on frame (21).
(2) Install two bolts (22) through boot mounting
plate (23).
(3) Install two washers (24) and nuts (25).
e. Install boot (3) on cartridge (1).
(1) Compress boot (3) until top of boot is 2.75
INCHES from frame (21).
(2) Tighten clamp (26).
f. Inspect (QA).
g. Install covers (27) and (28).
(1) Aline cover (27) on frame (29).
(2) Install nine screws (30) and washers (31).
(3) Install bolt (32) and washer (31).
(4) Aline cover (28) on cover (27) and frame (29).
(5) Install 15 screws (30) and washers (31).
(6) Apply sealing compound to faying surface of
covers (27) and (28). Use sealing compound
(item 176, App F).
h. Remove -9 rig pin (33) from rig pin hole (34).
