b. Check that distance between center of bolts
(4) and (22) is 11 1/16 to 11 7/16 INCHES, with
piston cylinder rod (31) fully extended.
(1) Insert bolts (4) and (22) and sleeve bushings
(6) and (24) through rod end (30) and cap
(19).
(2) Remove lockwire from nut (32) and key
washer (38).
(3) Hold rod end (30). Loosen nut (32).
(4) Adjust rod end (30) to obtain 11 1/16 to 11
7/16 INCHES between centers of bolts (4)
and (22).
(5) Hold rod end (30). Loosely install nut (32).
