ANTI-COLLISION LIGHT LENS REPLACEMENT – continued
b. Install four screws (5) through inserts (6),
housing (2), lens (1), washers (4), and nuts (3).
Torque nuts (3) to 40 INCH-OUNCES.
(1) Drill four holes (8) in lens (1) to aline with
holes in housing (2). Use pneumatic drill and
twist drill.
(2) Install four screws (5) through inserts (6),
housing (2), lens (1), washers (4), and nuts
(3).
(3) Torque four nuts (3) to 40 INCH-OUNCES.
Use torque wrench.
c. Inspect (QA).
d. Install anti-collision light DS8 or DS9 lens as-
sembly (para 9.96).
