FORWARD FUEL CELL FILLER NECK INSTALLATION – continued
w. Install handle (75) on cover (80).
(1) Fasten 12 captive screws (77) through cover
(80) into mounting pad (76).
x. Use handle (75) to position fuel cell and install
four bolts (86) through washers (87), brackets
(83), (84), and (85), and cover (80) into mount-
ing pad (76).
(1) Torque four bolts (86) to 60 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
y. Remove handle (75) from cover (80).
(1) Unfasten 12 captive screws (77) on handle
(75).
z. Install 20 bolts (88) through washers (89) and
cover (80).
(1) Torque 20 bolts (88) to 60 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
