an. Use handle (26) to position fuel cell and install
four bolts (87) through washers (88), brackets
(84), (85), and (86), and cover (81) into pad
(27).
(1) Torque four bolts (87) to 60 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
ao. Remove handle (26) from cover (81).
(1) Unfasten 12 captive screws (28) on handle
(26).
ap. Install access cover (81) on forward access
cover mounting pad (27).
(1) Install 20 bolts (89) through washers (90) and
cover (81) into pad (27).
(2) Torque four bolts (89) to 60 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
aq. Inspect (QA).
