ak. From floor of pilot station remove plate (25)
and handle (26) from pad (27).
(1) Unfasten 12 captive screws (28) on handle
(26).
(2) Remove 12 bolts (29) and washers (30) from
cover plate (25).
NOTE
The access cover installed in steps al.
thru ap. is the cover used when the heli-
copter is in service.
al. Position access cover (81) on pad (27).
(1) Lubricate new packing (82). Use petrolatum
(item 138, App F).
(2) Install packing (82) in groove (83) on fuel cell
(2).
(3) Position cover (81) on mounting pad (27) un-
der three brackets (84), (85), and (86). Ob-
serve FWD and TOP markings on cover plate
(81).
am. Install handle (26) on cover (81).
(1) Fasten 12 captive screws (28) on handle (26)
through access cover (81) into forward ac-
cess mounting pad (27).
