10.33.5. Inspection
a. Check panel and panel mounting area for
cracks, corrosion, nicks, and gouges (para
10.1).
NOTE
Holes between weave patterns on the
backing board and uneven or rough sur-
faces caused by weave patterns are ac-
ceptable.
b. Check fuel cell backing board on access pan-
el for loose, missing, or broken rivets, cracks,
and delamination. Repair backing board
(TM 1-1500-204-23).
10.33.6. Installation
a. Install panel (1) on helicopter structure (2)
from ammunition bay.
(1) Install 46 screws (3) through washers (4).
b. Inspect (QA).
c. Install ammunition storage magazine
(TM 9-1090-208-23).
