10.39.7. Installation
CAUTION
Jet fuel will cause external surface of fuel
cell to swell, delaminate, and leak if al-
lowed to contact the fuel cell more than
72 HOURS. Keep jet fuel away from the
outside of fuel cells.
a. Install valve (23) on bracket (28).
(1) Install two bolts (24) through two washers
(27), bracket (31), and bracket (28).
(2) Hold two bolts (24). Install two washers (26)
and nuts (25).
b. Install transmitter (3) in aft fuel cell (32).
(1) Place transmitter (3) in fuel cell (32) with elec-
trical connectors facing left side of helicopter.
(2) Aline transmitter (3) with fuel cell mounting
flange (22).
(3) Install two bolts (20) and washers (21).
