APU FUEL PUMP OUTLET TUBE REPLACEMENT – continued
c. Install cover (1).
(1) Position cover (1) on mounting holes (10).
(2) Lubricate five new packings with retainers
(4). Use petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(3) Install five screws (3) through packings with
retainers (4) and cover (1).
(4) Apply adhesive as fillet seal to cover (1)
(TM 1-1500-204-23). Use adhesive (item 8,
App F).
d. Inspect (QA).
e. Perform APU fuel system priming (para
1.27A).
f. Perform auxiliary power unit maintenance op-
erational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
g. Perform fuel system priming operation (para
1.23).
h. Install APU enclosure (para 15.42).
i. Install catwalk (para 2.84).
j. Install ammunition storage magazine
(TM 9-1090-208-23).
