FUEL BOOST PUMP PRESSURE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
NOTE
Install two sockets on pressure switch
wires if needed.
b. Install switch (1) on fitting (2). Torque switch (1)
to 100 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Lubricate switch (1). Use petrolatum
(item 138, App F).
(2) Install switch (1) on fitting (2).
(3) Torque switch (1) to 100 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench and crowfoot.
(4) Lockwire switch (1) to fitting (2). Use wire
(item 224, App F).
(5) Attach two electrical wires (3) to electrical
leads on switch (1).
c. Inspect (QA).
d. Perform auxiliary power unit maintenance op-
erational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
e. Perform fuel system priming operation (para
1.23).
f. Install ammunition storage magazine
(TM 9-1090-208-23).
