10.122. NITROGEN INERT VENT VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
c. Install tubes (3) and (4) on valve (5). Torque
nuts (9) and (7) to 120 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Lubricate threads of nipples (6) and (8). Use
petrolatum (item 138, App F).
(2) Install tube (4) on nipple (8). Torque nut (9) to
120 INCH-POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(3) Install tube (3) on nipple (6). Torque nut (7) to
120 INCH-POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
d. Attach connector P1086 (1) to connector
(L48)J1 (2).
e. Inspect (QA).
f. Install access panel R200 (para 2.2).
g. Perform nitrogen inerting system mainte-
nance operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
h. Install ammunition storage magazine
(TM 9-1090-208-23).
