10.125. NITROGEN INERTING UNIT (NIU) FILTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
10.125.3. Removal
a. Remove NIU filter (1).
(1) Loosen canister (2).
(2) Remove canister (2), plate (3), and filter (1)
from mount (4).
(3) Remove and discard packing (5).
10.125.4. Cleaning
a. Wipe canister and mount with a clean rag.
10.125.5. Inspection
a. Check filter canister and filter mount for
nicks, dents, breaks, and other damage. None
allowed.
