AFT LONGITUDINAL BELLCRANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
f. Install nut (5) on bolt (4). Torque nut (5) 75 to 91
FOOT-POUNDS.
(1) Hold bolt (4). Use box wrench.
(2) Install nut (5).
(3) Torque nut (5) to 75 FOOT-POUNDS. Use
socket and torque wrench.
(4) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 91 FOOT-POUNDS.
(5) Install new cotter pin (3).
(6) Apply sealing compound around bolt (4)
head, washer (6), and nut (5). Use sealing
compound (item 176, App F).
g. Inspect (QA).
h. Install torque link (para 11.19).
i. Install lateral bellcrank and lateral links (para
11.11).
j. Inspect (QA).
k. Install access fairings T205L and T205R;
install panels L200 and R200 (para 2.2).
l. Perform flight control system maintenance
operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
