PILOT CYCLIC STICK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.45.6. Installation
a. Install link (1) on cyclic stick (7).
(1) Aline link (1) with stick (7).
(2) Install bushing (21) in stick (7).
(3) Install bolt (20) through bushing (21), stick
(7), and link (1).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (20) (para
11.1).
(5) Install washer (19) and nut (18).
(6) Install new cotter pin (17).
b. Install stick (7) on housing (8).
(1) Install spacer ring (14) and bearing (15) in
housing (8).
(2) Position bracket (16) with indicator on hous-
ing (8).
(3) Install
two
new
rivets
(16.1)
(TM 1-1500-204-23).
(4) Position stick (7) in housing (8) so that link (1)
is alined with arm (2).
(5) Install bolt (11) through bracket (16) with indi-
cator, bearing (15), spacer ring (14), housing
(8), stick (7), sleeve spacer (13), bearing
(12.1), and washer (12).
(6) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (11) (para 11.1).
(7) Install nut (10).
(8) Install new cotter pin (9).
