PILOT CYCLIC STICK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
c. Install link (1) on arm (2). Torque nut (4) 20 to 25
INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline link (1) and arm (2).
(2) Install bushing (6) in arm (2).
(3) Install bolt (5) through bushing (6), arm (2),
and link (1).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (5) (para 11.1).
(5) Install nut (4). Torque nut (4) to 20 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 25 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (3).
d. Inspect (QA).
e. Install pilot cyclic stick cover (para 11.46).
f. Perform flight control system maintenance
operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
