PILOT CYCLIC STICK HOUSING INSTALLATION – continued
g. Install lateral push-pull rod (33) on arm (34).
Torque nut (35) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline rod (33) with arm (34).
(2) Install bushing (36) in arm (34).
(3) Install bolt (37) through washer (38), bushing
(36), rod (33), and arm (34).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (37) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (35). Torque nut (35) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (39).
h. Attach connector (A334)P1 (40) to receptacle
J270 (41).
i. Install pilot cyclic stick (para 11.45).
j. Inspect (QA).
k. Perform longitudinal (cyclic) flight control rig-
ging maintenance operational check

l. Perform lateral (cyclic) flight control rigging
maintenance
operational
check
(TM 1-1520-238-T).
m. Perform DASE maintenance operational
check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
