PILOT CYCLIC STICK HOUSING INSTALLATION – continued
c. Install longitudinal feel spring cartridge (10)
on arm (11). Torque nut (12) 30 to 40 INCH-
POUNDS.
(1) Aline cartridge (10) with arm (11).
(2) Install bushing (13) in arm (11).
(3) Install bolt (14) through bushing (13), car-
tridge (10), and arm (11).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (14) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (12). Torque nut (12) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (15).
d. Install longitudinal push-pull rod (16) on arm
(17). Torque nut (18) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline rod (16) with arm (17).
(2) Install bushing (19) in arm (17).
(3) Install bolt (20) through bushing (19), rod
(16), and arm (17).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (20) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (18). Torque nut (18) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (21).
