CPG ADJUSTABLE CYCLIC STICK LINK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION – continued
11.68.6. Installation
a. Install upper end of link (1) to lever (9). Torque
nut (11) 12 to 25 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline link (1) with lever (9).
(2) Install bushing (15) through lever (9) and link
(1).
(3) Insert bolt (13) through washer (14), bushing
(15), lever (9), and link (1).
(4) Install washer (12).
(5) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (13) (para
11.1).
(6) Install nut (11). Torque nut (11) to 12 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(7) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 25 INCH-POUNDS.
(8) Install new cotter pin (10).
