CPG CYCLIC STICK AND LATERAL LINK INSTALLATION – continued
i. Install longitudinal push-pull rod (33) on yoke
(34). Torque nut (35) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline rod (33) with yoke (34).
(2) Install bushing (36) in yoke (34).
(3) Install bolt (37) through washer (38), bushing
(36), yoke (34), and rod (33).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (37) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (35). Torque nut (35) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (39).
j. Install longitudinal transducer (40) on arm
(41). Torque nut (42) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline transducer (40) with arm (41).
(2) Install bushing (43) in arm (41).
(3) Install bolt (44) through bushing (43), arm
(41), and transducer (40).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (44) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (42). Torque nut (42) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (45).
