CPG CYCLIC STICK AND LATERAL LINK INSTALLATION – continued
k. Install lateral transducer (46) on arm (47).
Torque nut (48) 30 to 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline transducer (46) with arm (47).
(2) Install bushing (49) in arm (47).
(3) Install bolt (50) through bushing (49), arm
(47), and transducer (46).
(4) Check fit of self-retaining bolt (50) (para
11.1).
(5) Install nut (48). Torque nut (48) to 30 INCH-
POUNDS. Use torque wrench.
(6) Increase torque to aline cotter pin hole, but do
not exceed 40 INCH-POUNDS.
(7) Install new cotter pin (51).
l. Inspect (QA).
m. Install CPG cyclic stick cover (para 11.65).
n. Install access door B60 (para 2.2).
o. Inspect (QA).
p. Perform flight control system maintenance
operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
