f. Install bearing (9) on arm (5).
(1) Install bolt (12) through arm (5), bearing (9),
bushing (14), washer (13), and nut (11).
(2) Install new cotter pin (10) on nut (11).
g. Install arm (5) on housing (4).
(1) Install two bolts (7) through arm (5) and hous-
ing (4).
(2) Install two washers (8) and nuts (6).
h. Install retainer (3) on housing (4). Torque re-
tainer (3) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Apply thin coating of antiseize compound to
threads of retainer (3) and install. Use
antiseize compound (item 26, App F).
(2) Torque retainer (3) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench and spanner attachment
set.
(3) Lockwire retainer (3) to cyclic housing (4).
Use wire (item 224, App F).
i. Install retainer (1) on support (2). Torque retain-
er (1) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Apply thin coating of antiseize compound to
threads of retainer (1) and install. Use
antiseize compound (item 26, App F).
(2) Torque retainer (1) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench and crowfoot.
(3) Lockwire retainer (1) to support (2). Use wire
(item 224, App F).
j. Inspect (QA).
k. Install pilot cyclic stick flight control arm (para
11.62).
