CPG CYCLIC STICK HOUSING ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (AVIM) – continued
k. Install arm (5) on housing (4).
(1) Install two bolts (8) through arm and housing
(4).
(2) Install two washers (7) and nuts (6).
l. Install retainer (3) on housing (4). Torque re-
tainer (3) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Apply thin coat of antiseize compound on
threads of retainer (3) and install. Use
antiseize compound (item 26, App F).
(2) Torque retainer (3) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench and spanner attachment
set.
(3) Lockwire retainer (1) to cyclic housing (4).
Use wire (item 224, App F).
m. Install retainer (1) on support (2). Torque re-
tainer (1) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Apply thin coat of antiseize compound on
threads of retainer (1) and install. Use
antiseize compound (item 26, App F).
(2) Torque retainer (1) to 500 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench and crowfoot.
(3) Lockwire retainer (1) to support (2). Use wire
(item 224, App F).
n. Install CPG cyclic longitudinal SPAD switch
(para 11.64).
o. Install CPG cyclic stick flight control arm as-
sembly (para 11.85).
p. Inspect (QA).
