g. Remove internal spring guide (21) from actua-
tor switch shaft (22).
(1) Remove cotter pin (23), washer (24), and pin
(25). Discard cotter pin.
(2) Remove guide (21) and spring (26).
h. Remove external spring guide (27) from arm
(15).
(1) Remove cotter pin (28), washer (29), and pin
(30). Discard cotter pin.
(2) Remove guide (27).
i. Remove shaft (22) from arm (15).
(1) Remove two rivets (31) from lever (32) and
cam (33) (TM 1-1500-204-23).
(2) Remove lever (32), cam (33), and shaft (22).
11.85.4. Cleaning
a. Clean removed and attaching parts (para
1.47).
11.85.5. Inspection
a. Check support and arms for gouges.
(1) Maximum gouge depth is 0.025 INCH and is
acceptable if no material is raised above sur-
rounding surface.
b. Check removed and attaching parts for dam-
age (para 11.5).
c. Check removed and attaching parts for corro-
sion (para 1.49).
d. Check all installed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.5).
e. Check all removed bushing(s) and/or bear-
ing(s) for wear (para 11.4).
