PYLON RACK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - continued
16.4.6. Installation
a. Install rack (28) on frame (33). Torque two pins
(37) to 50 INCH-POUNDS.
(1) Aline rack (28) with frame (33).
(2) Install hollow pin (32).
(3) Aline two holes (39) in pin (32) with two holes
(38) rack (28). Install two pins (37).
(4) Torque two pins (37) to 50 INCH-POUNDS.
Use torque wrench.
(5) Lockwire two pins (37) to rack (28). Use wire
(item 224, App F).
b. Attach electrical lead (31) and jumper (27) to
rack (28).
(1) Install electrical lead (31), jumper (27), wash-
er (30), and nut (29).
c. Secure wire harnesses (19) and (20).
(1) Position clamp (21) on wires (19) and (20).
(2) Install screw (22) through washer (23) and
clamp (21) into bracket (24).
d. Attach wires of wire harnesses (19) and (20) to
TB1 (25) and TB2 (26).
(1) Pin identified wires of wire harness (19) to
TB1 (25) (TM 55-1500-323-24).
(2) Pin identified wires of wire harness (20) to
TB2 (26) (TM 55-1500-323-24).
