11.61.3. Disassembly
a. Remove main rotor retainer (1) from cyclic
support (2).
(1) Remove lockwire from retainer (1).
(2) Remove retainer (1). Use crowfoot.
b. Remove bearing retainer (3) from cyclic hous-
ing assembly (4).
(1) Remove lockwire from retainer (3).
(2) Remove retainer (3). Use spanner
attachment set.
c. Remove input arm (5) from housing (4).
(1) Remove two nuts (6).
(2) Remove two bolts (7) and washers (8).
d. Remove rod end (9) from arm (5).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (10) from nut
(11).
(2) Remove nut (11).
(3) Remove bolt (12), washer (13), bushing (14),
and rod end (9).
e. Remove clevis (15) from housing (4).
(1) Remove rivet (15.1) (TM 1-1500-204-23).
(2) Remove nut (16) and washer (17).
(3) Remove bolt (18).
(4) Remove shaft pivot (19) and clevis (15).
