WARNING
Do not place heater near flammable
material or allow heater to contact
skin: severe burns can result. Wear
protective equipment. If injury occurs,
seek medical aid.
f. Remove housing (4) from support (2).
(1) Apply heat on bearing (20). Use protective
gloves and heater.
(2) Hold support (2) and pull housing (4) in oppo-
site direction of bearing (20) until housing (4)
is free of support (2).
(3) Remove bearing (21).
(4) Remove housing (4) and bearing (20).
NOTE
Go to step g if replacing housing; if not,
go to paragraph 11.61.4.
g. Remove two bolts (22) and nuts (23) from
housing (4).
(1) Measure and record dimensions A from
housing (4) to top of bolts (22).
(2) Remove lockwire.
(3) Remove two bolts (22) and nuts (23).
h. Remove bolt (24) and nut (25) from housing
(4).
(1) Measure and record dimension B from hous-
ing (4) to top of bolt (24).
(2) Remove lockwire.
(3) Remove nut (25).
(4) Remove bolt (24).
