11.17A.3. Disassembly
a. Remove lower arm (1) from upper arm (2).
(1) Remove and discard cotter pin (3).
(2) Hold bolt (4). Use open end wrench.
(3) Remove nut (5) and washer (6). Use socket.
(4) Remove bolt (4), flat washer (7), and bush-
ings (8).

a. Wipe removed and attaching parts with a
clean rag.
